The “Perfetto FOAM” mattress by Lordflex’s is designed to offer comfortable and thermoregulated rest, thanks to the balance between high-quality natural materials and technologically advanced foams. The winter side is covered with a knitted fabric made of fine Cashmere wool and natural viscose, soft to the touch, anti-mite, breathable and washable. The quilting incorporates a high-thickness padding in pure virgin sheared wool with thermo-accumulating properties, combined with a three-dimensional reticulated All Seasons High-Tech structure, elastic, compression-resistant and highly breathable. This layering creates the characteristic “Topper Effect”, enveloping and warm, ideal for maintaining body heat during the colder season.
The summer side is made of 3D Flat fabric, without memory foam, quilted with a compact pure cotton padding, designed not to wrap the body and to promote maximum air circulation. This configuration ensures freshness, constant ventilation and natural moisture dissipation during warmer seasons. The combined use of wool and cotton reflects the Lordflex’s production philosophy, focused on natural thermoregulation and stable body temperature.
The core of the mattress consists of a triple layer of technical foam. The Memory Air layer, 4.5 cm thick with a density of 40 kg/m³, offers high breathability, self-moulding properties, micro-perforation, resistance to deformation and excellent uniform weight distribution. Ventilation channels facilitate air circulation and help maintain an ideal microclimate.
This is followed by a large Waterform Heliocell layer, 7 cm thick, with a density of 30 kg/m³, hygienically treated against mites, bacteria, mould and odours. Its micro-perforated open-cell structure ensures high breathability, while through-channels allow constant dissipation of moisture and heat.
The third internal layer uses microcellular Waterform, also 7 cm thick with a density of 30 kg/m³, breathable, non-deformable and self-moulding. The wave processing guarantees deep support and progressive firmness, maintaining long-term stability and overall ergonomics.
The overall structure, without perimeter boxing or additional insulators, is designed to provide continuous elastic response and optimal ventilation, preventing moisture build-up and contributing to correct thermoregulation. Full removability makes maintenance easier, ensuring lasting hygiene and freshness.
Perfetto FOAM integrates Lordflex’s NFC technology, allowing access via smartphone to informative content, product authentication, 3D views of the internal layering and maintenance instructions.
The mattress has a total thickness of 25 cm, designed to offer an optimal balance between comfort, support and advanced breathability.
