The “Dormiglione” mattress by Lordflex’s is designed to combine natural comfort, precise support, and a healthy microclimate throughout the year. The internal structure consists of approximately 1700 independent micro-springs, made of tempered and phosphated carbon steel wire, arranged into 7 differentiated support zones for targeted adaptation to the body’s main pressure points.
The cover surface is made of CLIMA Hemp Fresh-effect fabric, a highly breathable natural plant fiber that supports thermal control, ventilation, and the absence of moisture build-up, promoting an ideal microclimate for healthy sleep. The winter side is padded with pure virgin wool certified by Woolmark, which retains heat and regulates body temperature, while the summer side is padded with pure flake cotton, ensuring maximum freshness and breathability during warmer months.
The structure is completed with layers of latex and natural horsehair, which, together with the springs, provide elasticity, durability, and internal ventilation, improving load distribution and maintaining a dry and hygienic sleeping surface.
The high-density expanded Polycell perimeter box provides lateral stability and extends product durability by counteracting deformation and sagging over time. Materials and hot-melt adhesives are non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and resistant to bacteria and fungi. The cover is fully removable, facilitating cleaning and hygienic maintenance.
The model also integrates Lordflex’s NFC technology, allowing users to access technical information, product authenticity, and care instructions via smartphone. With a total height of 28 cm, Dormiglione offers an ideal balance of deep support, natural comfort, and daily hygiene.
