The Kura rug is defined by a textile construction in which felt cords are inserted into a polyester warp, appearing and disappearing along the weave to generate a highly recognisable dotted pattern. This rhythmic alternation creates a vibrant surface, characterised by a sequence of subtle reliefs that make the rug dynamic and tactile.
The structure is completed by a compact and regular fringe, an element that brings visual order to the rich material texture of the surface. The hand-loomed technique enhances the precision of the artisanal process, while the balanced composition — 50% felt and 50% polyester — ensures strength, density and long-lasting durability. With a weight of 4 kg/m², Kura offers a solid and structured presence.
The colour palette includes six variants: Black, Cobalt, Dark Grey, Fog, Light Grey and White Cream, each interpreting the dotted pattern with a different intensity and contrast. Available in two standard sizes, the rug can be further adapted thanks to the possibility of customising dimensions, shape and colour.
The rug also complies with REACH SVHC criteria regarding nitrogen-free materials and meets international flammability standards CAN/CGSB-4.2 NO 27.6, CAN/CGSB-4.155-M88 and 16 CFR 1631.
