The “Prince & Queen Velvet Petrol Blue” reinterprets the two iconic subjects — Prince and Queen — through a workmanship in ceramic covered by velvet finish in the shade Petrol BlueThis soft, matte surface enhances the frogs' compact shape, emphasizing the continuity of the volumes and the definition of the details.
The two variants are distinguished by a specific formal element:
-
Prince presents a modeled crown, integrated into the structure.
-
Queen keeps the same shape but without crown, making the stylistic difference between the two subjects evident.
The rich and deep Petrol Blue hue defines both sculptures, creating a uniform visual identity in the Velvet collection.
