Designed by Eloisa Libera, Burano was created as a visual tribute to the famous colorful houses of the island of Burano, an icon of the Venetian Lagoon and a symbol of vibrancy, identity, and tradition. The project translates this imagery into a cuckoo clock with strong decorative value, capable of bringing a bright and poetic touch to interior spaces.
Made of wood, the clock stands out for its graphic design and use of color, which stylize the façades of the island’s houses while maintaining a clean and balanced design language. The essential shape enhances the chromatic aspect, making Burano a recognizable yet never excessive object.
