Designed by R. Paolino & M. Fusi, CùCùRùKù is a true design artwork, built with a few graphic elements yet with strong visual impact. Appreciated as one of PROGETTI’s best sellers, this clock stands out for its measured elegance and its ability to tell a story through form.
The project is a tribute to nature, particularly to the autumn and winter seasons, when trees shed their leaves, wood becomes the protagonist, and warm tones give way to the cooler shades of snow. On an elongated branch sits the cuckoo, protected and gathered, while the hands—intentionally irregular in shape like real branches—enhance the organic and poetic character of the whole.
CùCùRùKù is made of wood, with various combinations of wood essences and colors for the structure and the tree. The hands are available in orange, white, or green, strengthening the chromatic dialogue between nature and design.
The battery-powered quartz movement ensures precision and reliability, while the photosensitive sensor automatically stops the chime in the absence of light, guaranteeing discreet and comfortable use.
A clock that brings together Italian design, storytelling, and materiality, transforming time into a visual and emotional experience.
