Designed by Antonio Farina, Walls Cucù draws inspiration from the skyline of a modern city, transforming it into a compact and elegant design object. The project develops through three volumes of different heights and depths, evoking buildings and skyscrapers with a clean and rigorous language.
Unlike traditional urban profiles, Walls Cucù goes beyond two-dimensional graphic representation, introducing a material third dimension made of thicknesses, solids, and voids. The result is a linear yet visually strong cuckoo clock, capable of interacting with space in a decisive and contemporary way.
Made of lacquered wood, the clock can be wall-mounted or used as a tabletop piece, offering excellent versatility. The battery-powered quartz movement ensures precision and reliability, perfectly integrating function and formal research.
