Nessino is one of the most recognizable expressions of 1960s Italian design. Its organic silhouette, characterized by the wide, curved diffuser and slender central base, transforms a table lamp into a truly decorative element.

Born from the research of Giancarlo Mattioli and the Città Nuova Urban Architects Group, Nessino interprets the spirit of a period in which plastics and new industrial production technologies were redefining the way household objects were designed.

The body and diffuser are made of technopolymer, a material that allows for the characteristic continuous surfaces and soft shapes that distinguish the project. The light is distributed in a diffuse and direct manner, creating a pleasant illumination while enhancing the lamp's sculptural profile.

Its compact dimensions facilitate placement on bedside tables, consoles, sideboards, desks, and coffee tables. The vast color palette also allows it to be interpreted both as a discreet element and as a colorful accent within the space.

Nessino still retains a highly recognizable aesthetic today: an object capable of transcending its lighting function and becoming an integral part of the decor.
