Mattress “Lady Zip” – LORDFLEX'S

The Lady Zip mattress by Lordflex’s is designed to offer an advanced balance between ergonomics, breathability and differentiated support. The upper structure features a knitted fabric cover with a soft, elastic and highly breathable surface, enhanced by a three-dimensional padded construction. The cover is anti-mite and engineered to promote constant moisture evaporation.

The All Season cotton padding provides a naturally hypoallergenic response, resistant to compression and capable of maintaining regular ventilation throughout the year.

At the core of the mattress lies a 7-zone pocket spring system with differentiated firmness, designed to adapt to the body’s pressure points. In the double version, there are approximately 850 independent pocket springs made of tempered carbon steel wire (1.9 mm diameter), individually encased to ensure progressive support and independent movement of each elastic point.

Supporting the spring system is a micro-perforated dehumidifying Polycell insulating layer, an indeformable high-density foam that enhances internal breathability and contributes to the overall stability of the structure.

The boxed construction includes a perimeter support system in micro-perforated high-density Polycell, which increases edge support, reduces deformation caused by sitting, and improves the overall durability of the mattress. The use of non-toxic, hypoallergenic hot-melt adhesives ensures a healthy environment free from harmful emissions.

The combination of breathable materials guarantees optimal moisture management, promotes proper thermoregulation, and ensures ideal hygienic conditions during use.

The mattress has a total thickness of 22 cm, calibrated to provide uniform support and a balanced ergonomic response.
