Mattress “Oblio AP” – LORDFLEX’S

The “Oblio AP” mattress by Lordflex’s is designed to deliver firm and orthopaedic support, thanks to its High Density mini Bonnel high-firmness spring system. The core structure consists, in the double size, of approximately 650 biconical springs made of tempered high-carbon steel, interconnected by steel spirals. The tempering process reinforces the wire, ensuring long-term shape stability and consistent elastic response.

Lordflex’s construction philosophy prioritises natural materials capable of supporting body homeostasis. The winter padding is made of pure virgin shorn wool, thermo-accumulative and ideal for retaining warmth during colder months. The summer side features pure thermo-diffusive cotton, which disperses body heat and guarantees freshness.

The internal structure includes a three-dimensional High-Tech reticulated padding, elastic, compression-resistant and highly breathable, improving internal ventilation and surface comfort. Additional technical layers include a high-density micro-perforated Polycell insulating layer, indeformable, dehumidifying and breathable, along with a compact insulating layer made of carded, needle-punched and thermobonded fibres, enhancing overall stability.

The outer fabric is made of a natural blend of cotton and viscose, treated to be anti-mite and knitted to ensure elasticity, softness and constant breathability. A protective inner lining further safeguards the internal layers.

The structure is completed by a Polycell perimeter boxing system, high-density, micro-perforated and dehumidifying. This solution reinforces edge support, reduces deformation caused by sitting and significantly improves long-term durability. The use of non-toxic, hypoallergenic hot-melt adhesives ensures a healthy environment, resistant to bacteria and fungi.

With a total thickness of 23 cm, the Oblio AP mattress offers solid structure, continuous support and balanced natural comfort throughout the year.
