Mattress “Perfetto 850” – LORDFLEX’S

The Perfetto 850 mattress by Lordflex’s represents an advanced synthesis of natural materials, evolved ergonomics and thermal regulation.
The winter side is upholstered in a precious knitted fabric made of natural Cashmere fibre and viscose, soft to the touch, anti-mite and highly breathable. The quilting incorporates a thick padding in pure virgin shorn wool, thermo-accumulative, combined with a three-dimensional All Seasons High-Tech reticulated padding, elastic, compression-resistant and breathable. This stratification creates an authentic “Topper Effect”, warm, enveloping and ideal for colder seasons.

The summer side features 3D Flat fabric, highly breathable, paired with a compact padding in pure thermo-diffusive cotton. This configuration avoids any wrapping sensation and allows continuous ventilation, promoting effective heat dissipation during warmer months.

The supporting core is based on approximately 850 independent pocket springs, arranged in 7 differentiated support zones. Each spring, made of 1.8 mm tempered high-carbon steel wire, is individually encased to ensure independent movement and precise ergonomic response. The self-modelling capability allows targeted adaptation and even weight distribution.

Inside, a 2 cm layer of highly breathable Memory Air is integrated, featuring open interconnected cells, micro-perforation, dehumidifying properties and shape stability. This layer enhances surface comfort without compromising ventilation.

Structural stability is ensured by a high-density micro-perforated Polycell insulating layer, indeformable and dehumidifying, combined with a compact insulating layer of carded, needle-punched and thermobonded fibres, reinforcing the spring system. All materials are selected to promote breathability, prevent moisture build-up and maintain optimal hygienic conditions.

The mattress is fully removable, allowing correct maintenance and long-lasting hygiene. Additionally, the Lordflex’s NFC label provides smartphone access to technical content, product authentication and 3D visualisations of the internal structure.

The Lordflex’s production philosophy is based on the use of wool and cotton, natural materials that support body homeostasis: cotton disperses heat in warm seasons, while wool retains warmth in colder months, ensuring constant thermal comfort.
