The “Cover” mattress by Lordflex’s combines advanced support technologies with natural materials to ensure a healthy and breathable sleeping experience. The load-bearing core consists of approximately 1700 independent pocket springs, made of tempered carbon steel wire, arranged in 7 differentiated support zones for targeted adaptation to the body’s pressure points.
The mattress includes a high-density Memory Air layer, 3 cm thick, which adapts intelligently to body shapes, helping to reduce pressure points and promote correct posture during rest.
The surface is enhanced by the use of natural hemp fibre, a plant-based material with excellent breathability and thermoregulating properties, capable of absorbing moisture without creating a damp sensation. Hemp fibre is also resistant to fungi, dust mites and external agents, as well as antistatic and hypoallergenic, improving sleep microclimate throughout the year.
The combination of independent micro-springs and breathable materials promotes a dry and well-ventilated environment, preventing heat and moisture build-up. The structure is reinforced with a high-density Polycell perimeter box, increasing lateral stability, reducing deformation over time, and enhancing overall durability.
The cover is made from a highly breathable natural yarn, and the entire system is fully removable, allowing easy cleaning and hygienic maintenance. The mattress also features Lordflex’s NFC technology, enabling access via smartphone to technical content, product authenticity, and detailed information.
