The “Oblio MP” mattress is designed to ensure a stable and comfortable rest, thanks to a solid structure and carefully selected materials that promote hygiene, durability and overall well-being. The supporting core consists of a medium-firm Bonnel spring system, composed, in the double version, of approximately 450 tempered biconical springs made of high-carbon steel wire. The tempering and phosphating processes make the steel resistant and non-deformable over time, ensuring structural stability and orthopedic support.
The springs are interconnected by high-carbon steel spiral wires, creating a compact and reliable structure that distributes loads evenly and provides a stable base for the padding layers. The medium firmness guarantees an optimal balance between support and comfort.
The mattress features a perimeter box reinforcement, made with a high-density Polycell foam system, non-deformable, micro-perforated and moisture-regulating. This structure reinforces the edges, limits deformations caused by sitting and helps to extend the overall lifespan of the mattress. Assembly is carried out using non-toxic, hypoallergenic hot-melt adhesives, resistant to fungi and bacteria.
The central padding consists of a three-dimensional reticulated High-Tech structure, elastic, compression-resistant and highly breathable, designed to promote internal air circulation and maintain a healthy microclimate.
Seasonal padding ensures natural thermoregulation:

summer side with pure flake cotton, thermo-diffusive, promoting heat dispersion and maintaining a fresh and dry surface
The use of breathable materials prevents moisture build-up, improving hygiene and overall sleeping comfort. The mattress is fully removable, an essential feature for proper maintenance and long-term hygiene.
The Oblio MP mattress also integrates Lordflex’s NFC technology, allowing product authenticity verification and access to technical content, internal layering information and usage and care instructions.
The total thickness of 23 cm completes a well-balanced structure, designed to provide comfort, support and long-term reliability.
