Sideboard “Reverse” – NOVAMOBILI

The Reverse sideboard, designed by Studio Gherardi, recalls the understated elegance of the 1950s, reinterpreted through a contemporary language defined by alternating volumes and a refined balance between solids and voids. The structure is developed in three main configurations, each conceived to offer different expressive and functional possibilities.

The distinctive feature of the model is the presence of open compartments, integrated into the composition in a carefully balanced way to create a dynamic and lightweight visual effect. Their alternation with closed modules allows for a wide range of solutions that enhance materials, colors and proportions. The possibility of differentiating finishes between the structure, open compartments and fronts further expands the design potential, enabling more vibrant, more material-focused or more minimalist interpretations.

The three available configurations differ in:

• number and position of the open compartments

• arrangement of doors and drawers

• overall proportions of the structure

Each variant maintains the formal coherence of the Reverse model, defined by clean lines, balanced volumes and a retro-inspired aesthetic reinterpreted in a modern key. The modularity and the richness of finishes allow for extensive customization, transforming the sideboard into a piece with a strongly personal character.
